It is usual to send out your wedding invitations about 10-12 weeks before your wedding.

You should receive the invitation about 2 weeks prior to sending them out to give you time to write them.

This would mean booking a slot to make them about 13-15 weeks before your wedding.

Signed proofs should therefore be returned 15-17 weeks prior to wedding.

Proofs will be sent out about 18 weeks before wedding.

Wording and final invite design must therefore be received by Invitation Plantation about 20 weeks before your wedding.

Wording for Menu, Order of Service and guests names for table plans and place cards must be received 4 weeks before wedding in order that we can send a proof copy of menu and order of service to be signed and returned to us three weeks before wedding.
