1) It is advisable to order all your stationery items at the same time. We cannot guarantee continuity of supply and may not be able to match your original order exactly if you should require extra items at a later date.

2) A non refundable deposit of 50% is payable on ordering. A final invoice will be sent prior to delivery of your invitations. Invitations will be dispatched once payment of this final invoice has been received.

3) Full payment is required for orders delivered within 4 weeks of order date and for orders under £100

4) All information must be provided to us on a timely basis. We will agree a timetable with you on ordering.

5) Proofs must be returned signed within dates specified so that we can begin work according to the agreed timetable.

6) Due to the nature of handcrafted work there may be slight variations between individual pieces – this is what sets handcrafted invitations apart from mass produced.

7) Invitations will be sent out by royal mail special delivery and must be signed for on receipt. Delivery will be charged at cost.
